Warranty Information

Effective Date: December 30, 2025

This Consumer Limited Warranty explains the limited warranty coverage that may apply to eligible products purchased through our store. The purpose of this warranty is to provide protection for certain manufacturing defects and material issues that occur during the applicable warranty period when a product is used properly, under normal conditions and according to its intended function. This warranty is provided together with any consumer rights and protections required by applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial or local laws. Nothing in these terms is intended to eliminate, reduce or limit any legal rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in the location where the product was purchased or used.

For eligible non-aviation products, limited warranty coverage generally begins from the original date of purchase and continues for one year. If a product experiences a failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable coverage period, customers may submit a warranty request for review. After evaluating the reported issue, we may determine whether the condition qualifies for warranty service. If a claim is approved, available solutions may include repair, replacement or another remedy permitted under these warranty terms and applicable law. Approved warranty repairs generally include necessary parts and labor without additional service charges. However, customers may be responsible for transportation, shipping or delivery expenses associated with sending a product for service or receiving a repaired or replacement product.

This warranty is designed to cover problems that result from the original manufacturing process or defects in product materials. It does not generally cover conditions caused by normal use, regular aging or expected product deterioration. Cosmetic changes and ordinary surface wear, including scratches, marks, dents, fading, discoloration, abrasions or similar appearance-related conditions, are typically excluded unless they are directly caused by a covered defect. Components that naturally decrease in performance over time, such as batteries or other consumable parts, may also be excluded unless the issue is determined to result from a qualifying material or manufacturing problem.

Warranty protection does not normally apply to damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse or operation that does not follow product instructions. Problems caused by exposure to fire, flooding, excessive moisture, severe weather, environmental conditions or other external events may not qualify for coverage. Products that have been modified, altered, opened, repaired or serviced by unauthorized individuals or organizations may also be excluded from warranty protection. Unauthorized repairs or changes may affect product performance and make it difficult to determine whether a reported issue was caused by an original defect.

The use of unsuitable accessories or unsupported equipment may also affect warranty eligibility. Customers should use compatible power supplies, chargers, cables, adapters and accessories that are designed for the specific product. Damage caused by improper electrical equipment, non-approved accessories, incompatible components or products that do not meet applicable technical requirements may not be covered under this warranty.

Warranty eligibility may depend on purchase history, product source, ownership information and available documentation. Customers should keep purchase receipts, order confirmations or other records that can help verify the original purchase date and establish eligibility for warranty assistance. Where applicable law permits certain limitations, warranty service may not be available when providing such service would conflict with legal requirements or other restrictions.

Products that provide navigation, location information or travel-related features are designed to support general guidance and should not be considered the only source of information when accurate location, distance, direction, elevation or terrain details are critical. Navigation data, maps and positioning information may change over time and may contain inaccuracies, missing information or outdated details. Roads, landscapes, infrastructure and environmental conditions can change, which may affect the accuracy or usefulness of navigation-related features.

Navigation and positioning performance may also be influenced by external conditions beyond the control of the product manufacturer. Wireless equipment, electronic devices, communication systems and environmental factors may interfere with satellite signals or other technologies used for positioning. Temporary interruptions, reduced accuracy or decreased performance caused by external conditions do not necessarily indicate that a product contains a manufacturing defect.

When a warranty claim is accepted, available remedies may include product repair, replacement or another solution permitted under applicable requirements. Repairs may use new components or previously used components that meet appropriate quality standards. Replacement products may consist of new units or professionally restored products with similar functionality and performance characteristics. The specific solution provided depends on factors including the nature of the issue, product availability, applicable regulations and the circumstances of the warranty request.

A repaired or replacement product may receive additional limited warranty protection. Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, repaired or replacement products may generally be covered for ninety days after service completion or for the remaining portion of the original warranty period, whichever provides a longer period of protection.

Before requesting warranty service, customers are encouraged to review available manuals, product documentation, troubleshooting resources and support information. Some concerns may relate to installation, configuration, software settings or normal product operation and may be resolved without returning the product. If the issue continues after reasonable troubleshooting and appears to involve a covered defect, customers may contact us at garmin@gmail.com for further assistance.

When submitting a warranty request, customers may be asked to provide information such as proof of purchase, order details, product model, serial information and a description of the issue. Additional details may be requested when necessary to evaluate eligibility or determine the appropriate service method. Customers should follow all instructions provided regarding packaging, shipping and return procedures. Products should not be shipped to a service location until the proper warranty process has been confirmed.

Warranty assistance requested outside the country where the product was originally purchased may involve additional conditions. Service availability, replacement inventory, technical capabilities, regional regulations and available parts may vary between locations. As a result, identical repair services or replacement options may not always be available in every country or region. Where appropriate and legally permitted, alternative solutions may be provided based on available resources and applicable requirements.

International warranty service may require customers to comply with customs, import, export and transportation regulations. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other international charges may be the responsibility of the customer. Certain legal or regulatory restrictions may also affect whether warranty service can be provided across borders.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unofficial distribution channels or unverified sources may not qualify for warranty coverage where permitted by applicable law. Customers may need to provide acceptable proof showing the original purchase source and date. Receipts, invoices or order confirmations are generally useful when establishing warranty eligibility. Documents from private sales, auctions or secondary marketplaces may not always provide sufficient proof for warranty service.

Purchases completed through independent retailers or third-party sellers may also be subject to the policies established by those sellers. Customers should retain all purchase records and contact the original seller when questions involve retailer-specific returns, exchanges or transaction-related matters. Warranty coverage provided through this policy applies according to the applicable terms and does not replace separate policies that may apply to purchases completed through other sellers.

Certain products may have warranty terms that differ from standard consumer coverage. Specialized product categories, including aviation equipment, marine products, recreational vehicle equipment or selected audio products, may be covered under separate warranty conditions, different coverage periods or additional requirements. The warranty applicable to a particular product depends on the product category, purchase location, accompanying documentation and applicable legal requirements.

Products purchased internationally may also be affected by regional consumer protection laws and distributor warranty arrangements. Different countries and regions may provide additional statutory rights, service options or warranty requirements. Customers who need information regarding international warranty coverage may contact us at garmin@gmail.com for additional guidance regarding available procedures.

Customers located in Australia may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These statutory protections may include rights related to product quality, repair, replacement, refunds and other consumer remedies. This warranty does not intend to remove or restrict any consumer guarantee or legal protection that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

This warranty applies only to the extent allowed by applicable legal requirements. It establishes a process for addressing qualifying defects while maintaining consumer rights that cannot legally be removed. Coverage periods, eligibility requirements and available remedies may depend on the product type, purchase circumstances, reported condition, service location and governing regulations.

For questions regarding warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, service procedures, proof of purchase, international support or available remedies, please contact us at garmin@gmail.com. Providing detailed information about the product, purchase history and reported issue can help us review the request more efficiently and provide clear guidance regarding the next steps in the warranty process.
